Unfortunately in 2017 I was suckered into the falsity of a Sleep Number bed, spending ALOT of $ on an i8 and adjustable base. For the last 2 years 2023 & 2024 we have woke with back and hip pain. Bed doesn’t seem to hold air, purchased a new pump $300. Added a memory foam topper $300. Nothing worked. Rather than putting even more $ in a dead horse we decided to shop for a new mattress. Upon arriving at this store ( our 5th or 6th ) we were in mattress overload. Amanda greeted us at the door, so friendly and polite asked us a few questions and began showing us some of their mattresses. She took the time to share each companies story along with showing us how they were made and where they were made. This business is tops when it comes to mattresses. There was not one bed that was uncomfortable. Of all the stores and mattresses we had been in and looked at this was the place. Mattresses are expensive, no doubt if you want to purchase something that will last several years. We ended up choosing the Spring Air Plush, and to top it all off she had it delivered same day! We are both so excited to finally get a good nights rest! Can wait to go to bed! Will never shop another mattress store. These folks are spot on! Locally owned, carry’s locally made mattresses, which of the 5 to 6 we tested at this store all were comfortable.Highly recommend this business and Amanda.Thank You!Update-Week 1 is in the books and we have both slept better than ever! Thanks again Amanda and Mattress Gallery Direct! To others, don’t go anywhere else but this place if you want a quality mattress and excellent customer service ! Ask for Amanda!

I stumbled upon this mattress store right on time! I met the manager here, Mr. Dean, and he was such a pleasure to speak with. I really admire his enthusiasm and expertise about the mattresses. He knows everything there is to know about them and can help you pick the best one! I am so thankful I found this place and got the perfect mattress for me!
