Rick is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did Rick know the history of different brands and materials used to make them, he was personable and wanted to give us the best deal possible. He helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress for us based on our preferences and sleep patterns. I recommend Mattress Gallery Direct in Franklin to everyone!!*Update since having my mattress*:The delivery was super fast and the guys were very nice!After not being completely satisfied with our original mattress due to difference in size (tested queen but ordered a king, wasn’t quite the same), etc., Jacob and the guys at Mattress Gallery Direct went above and beyond to make things right and provide us with a better fit. It goes to show that they truly do care about their customers.

Rick was amazing. He really explained the benefit of each mattress and worked around our budget. He was very kind, and helpful. I would recommend coming here to find a bed. A good night's sleep is priceless!!
